We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
• Mercury 2: Banking and financial operations.
• Amazon Transcribe: Speech-to-text transcription services. Audio is processed securely and not retained by AWS.
• OpenAI: AI analysis and summarization. Data is processed under strict confidentiality agreements.
